Today is a music day.
Today is the day we celebrate the Lord’s birth. We don’t know exactly when He was born. The exact date doesn’t matter.
We don’t really know how God made a young virgin pregnant, other than the angel saying the Holy Spirit would come upon here. The exact way doesn’t matter.
We don’t know how the young couple got to Bethlehem. We just know why they had to go — and that they did go. The way doesn’t matter.
What matters is that a young Jewish girl gave birth to the Savior of the world. That is all we need to know.
We don’t have to understand it. In fact, it is better that we don’t.
We just have to believe — as Mary did.
