Today is a music day.
I took the day off today and enjoyed the life God has given me. Adam, Prissy, and I went down to visit my wonderful sister, brother-in-law, and their fur babies. Pastor Steve had to work, so we missed him.
It was a beautiful day for a drive. We had to take roads I haven’t traveled in a long time. It was great seeing childhood places once again, including the farm on which we grew up.
We all need to take some time to shut the door on the world — either figuratively or literally. But we have to include God in the family we invite. We only find peace in Him.
